DRINKS
Peter has written about drinks in one guise or another since 2005 and has been the wine columnist and drinks blogger for Scottish Field magazine since 2014.
He has written about drinks for general audiences in newspapers including The Press & Journal, The Scotsman, The Times, and The Herald, as well as for specialist consumer titles like Decanter, Club Oenologique, Cask & Still, and Whisky Quarterly, and for trade titles such as Fine Lees and The Buyer.
Peter completed his diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2015 and has served as a judge for Decanter, the International Wine & Spirit Competition and the People’s Choice Wine Awards.
